Captain Tom Buban

Experienced Captain since 1973!

Captain Tom has been a Captain since 1973. Starting from from his experience in the Coast Guard, where he served for 4 years. Capt. Tom then honed his skills as party boat captain while running "The Happy", which he ran for 9 years. He then started the Atlantic Star, which he has owned and operated since 1987.
